To get you a useful answer the first time, please tell us how many people are travelling, roughly when, which destinations or programme you have in mind, and anything else that shapes the trip — vegetarian meals, small children, limited mobility, a corporate group that needs an invoice. With that we can send a proposed itinerary and a quotation rather than a list of follow-up questions.
We reply during business hours, Vietnam time (GMT+7), usually within one working day. Enquiries that arrive over a weekend or public holiday are picked up on the next working morning.
